壓花機(jī)工作原理/embossing machine working principle：
管材外部的花型是由模具決定的，壓花機(jī)的模具由個(gè)模具組成，模具卡在機(jī)體卡槽內(nèi)，內(nèi)部由4塊楔形鐵鑲嵌，電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)后，帶動(dòng)模具在管材周圍轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，液壓裝置驅(qū)動(dòng)楔形鐵卡住模具向管材表面進(jìn)行擠壓，壓鑄成型后，楔形鐵后退，在離心作用下，模具松開，管材在空隙中向前推進(jìn)進(jìn)行下一輪擠壓。
