該條生產線用于撲克牌紙（或其它卡紙）印后的雙面上光、干燥、壓光、整形。整條生產線包括給紙、上光、上下層干燥、翻轉、壓光、輸送、收紙共七大功能機構，采用雙組并列式結構設計，?plc集中控制，是理想的印后上光干燥設備。?全自動給紙配以預碼紙機構，保證了生產線連續不間斷運轉，極大的提高了生產效率。?上光膠輥間隙隨意可調，光油涂布均勻，節省生產成本。?壓光輥選用優質結構鋼，經動平衡處理和測試，使機械性能得到極大提高。?干燥箱溫度可調，散熱管布置合理，溫度均勻并在長度方向上形成合理的干燥曲線。高強度托牌結構設計，傳動無噪音，經久耐用。?翻轉機構可隨意移動，便于上光機頭清洗。?機器采用強制循環系統，使操作現場的光油氣味和熱空氣得到極大改善，保證操作人員有一個良好的工作環境。?所有減速電機變頻調速，鏈條、軸承等關鍵外購件優選名牌產品，整機性能穩定可靠。?
