　3.2設計問題
　　腳手架和模架倒塌的主要原因是支撐失穩,由于許多施工企業在模板工程施工前，沒有進行模板設計和剛度驗算，只靠經驗來進行支撐系統布置，使支撐系統的剛度和穩定性考慮不足。另外，目前在模板支撐系統或腳手架設計計算時，其計算簡圖采用鋼結構的鉸接節點，各桿件交于一點，而鋼管搭設是用扣件連接，鋼管受力是偏心荷載。因此，現場實際情況與設計計算有相當大的差距。還有的鋼管材料銹蝕或磨損嚴重，有的局部彎曲或開焊等，使鋼管實際受載能力減少很多，在現場管理不嚴的情況下，極易發生模板支撐失穩現象。
3.3施工問題
　　目前有不少施工工地的技術負責人，沒有對操作工人進行詳細的安全技術交底，加上有些工人素質較差，難免發生應用問題。如有的模架倒塌事故是由于操作工人沒有按設計要求設置剪力撐或縱橫水平拉桿的間距，造成模架穩定性不足；有的事故是工人私自拆除外腳手架與建筑物之間的連接拉桿，導致腳手架整體倒塌；還有的事故是在腳手架和模架上集中堆放建筑材料、預制構件或施工設備等，造成局部桿件超載失穩，引起整體倒塌。因此，施工現場管理混亂，操作人員沒有嚴格按設計要求安裝和拆除支撐，也是造成倒塌事故的重要原因。江蘇南通如皋市腳手架廠 ? 劉經理??章經理
