一、吸附-催化燃燒法原理 ： 蘇錫常/2018環保引領者/吸附脫附催化燃燒器!
 吸附濃縮-催化燃燒法，該設備采用多氣路連續工作，設備多個吸附床可交替使用。含有機物的廢氣經風機的作用，經過活性炭吸附層，有機物質被活性炭特有的作用力截留在其內部，吸附去處效率達80%，吸附后的潔凈氣體排出；經過一段時間后，活性炭達到飽和狀態時，停止吸附，此時有機物已被濃縮在活性炭內，之后按照plc自動控制程序將飽和的活性炭床與脫附后待用的活性炭床進行交替切換。co（催化氧化設備）自動升溫將熱空氣通過風機送入活性炭床使碳層升溫將有機物從活性炭中“蒸”出，脫附出來的廢氣屬于高濃度、小風量、高溫度的有機廢氣。  催化燃燒法：voc-ch 型有機氣體催化凈化裝置，是利用催化劑使有害氣體中的可燃組分在較低的溫度下氧化分解的凈化方法。對于 cnhm 和有機溶劑蒸汽氧化分解生成co2和h2o并釋放出大量熱量。其反應方程式為：

 蘇錫常/2018環保引領者/吸附脫附催化燃燒器!活性炭脫附出來的高濃度、小風量、高溫度的有機廢氣經阻火除塵器過濾后，進入特制的板式熱交換器，和催化反應后的高溫氣體進行能量間接交換，此時廢氣源的溫度得到第一次提升；具有一定溫度的氣體進入預熱器，進行第二次的溫度提升；之后進入第一級催化反應，此時有機廢氣在低溫下部份分解，并釋放出能量，對廢氣源進行直接加熱，將氣體溫度提高到催化反應的溫度；經溫度檢測系統檢測，溫度符合催化反應的溫度要求，進入催化燃燒室，有機氣體得到徹底分解，同時釋放出大量的熱量；凈化后的氣體通過熱交換器將熱能轉換給出冷氣流，降溫后氣體由引風機排空。
 有機物利用自身氧化燃燒釋放出的熱量維持自燃，如果脫附廢氣濃度足夠高，co 正常使用需要很少的電功率甚至不需要電功率加熱，做到真正的節能環保，同時，整套裝置安全、可靠、無任何二次污染。

二、處理工藝流程:蘇錫常/2018環保引領者/吸附脫附催化燃燒器!
根據行業要求及減少用戶投資成本、運行維護費用，擬采用濕法除塵、干式過濾、活性炭吸附、催化燃燒脫附的方式對噴漆房污染綜合治理，其中吸附濃縮-催化燃燒法工藝流程圖如下：

 蘇錫常/2018環保引領者/吸附脫附催化燃燒器!本處理裝置工藝采用濕法除塵+干式過濾＋吸附＋催化凈化裝置，工作方式為：一個濕式除塵塔+干式過濾器＋若干個吸附床，經過除塵過濾去除漆霧后，有機廢氣進入吸附床中進行吸附工作，凈化后的氣體由風機排入排氣筒達標排放。日常工作時吸附床中一個進行脫附再生工作，其余進行吸附工作。脫附時啟動催化燃燒器中的電預熱器，待溫度達到起燃溫度時，由脫附風機和補冷風機補入系統中的冷風，經混合后調到適當溫度（140℃，其中廢氣中有機成分沸點：甲苯110.6℃，二甲苯138-144℃）后送入吸附床進行脫附操作，吹脫出的高濃度有機廢氣（可濃縮10-20倍）與燃燒后的熱廢氣在熱交換器中進行熱交換得到預熱后送入燃燒室，在燃燒室中升到起燃溫度后由催化劑將有機物氧化分解為無害的co2和h2o。燃燒后的廢氣經脫附出的氣體熱交換溫度降低至180-200℃后用于脫附，多余廢氣排入排氣筒。

 由多個吸附床輪流進行吸附和脫附再生，吸附與脫附之間切換，連續運行（工作時間可根據企業生產情況調節）。本工程設計廢氣濃度100ppm，濃縮后有機廢氣濃度可達到5000mg/m3以上，在燃燒器啟動通過電加熱升溫至起燃溫度后，可維持自燃。  
 氣體進口處設一直排口，裝有電動閥門控制，在設備不工作時，直排口始終打開，當吸附裝置風機出現故障時，直排閥門自動打開，進行檢修作業。脫附再生采用催化凈化裝置，裝置進出口均安裝阻火器，整個系統采用plc 控制。

1、起燃溫度低,節省能源
 有機廢氣催化燃燒與直接燃燒相比,具有起燃溫度低、能耗低的顯著特點。在某些情況下,催化燃燒達到起燃溫度后便無需外界供熱。
2、適用范圍廣
 催化燃燒幾乎可以處理所有的烴類有機廢氣及惡臭氣體。對于有機化工、涂料、絕緣材料等行業排放的低濃度、多成分、無回收價值的廢氣,采用吸附--催化燃燒法的處理效果更好。
3、處理效率高,無二次污染
 用催化燃燒法處理有機廢氣的凈化率一般都在95%以上,***終產物為無害的co2 和h2o (雜原子有機化合物還有其他燃燒產物),且由于燃燒溫度低,能大量減少nox 的生成,因此不會造成二次污染。但是其缺點是工藝條件要求嚴格，不允許廢氣中含有影響催化劑壽命和處理效率的塵粒和霧滴，也不允許有使催化劑中毒的物質，以防催化劑中毒，因此采用催化燃燒技術處理有機廢氣必須對廢氣作前處理。
