產品概述product introduction
固體流量計（沖板流量計）用于流動性強的粉狀、顆粒狀物料的計量設備，主要適用于物料流量密閉，安裝受限制，其它同類產品不能適應的場合，廣泛應用于建材、水泥、化工、火某炭、礦山、陶瓷、玻璃、冶金、糧食、化肥、飼料、港口、電力、焦化、環保等行業。
the solid flow meter (punching flow meter) metering for flow of powder, strong granular materials, mainly is suitable for the material flow in closed, installation restrictions, other similar products cannot adapt to the occasion, widely used in building materials, cement, chemical, coal, mining, ceramics, glass, metallurgy, food, fertilizer, feed, port, electricity, coking industry, environmental protection etc..
工作原理working principle
固體流量計把測得物料流量信號送到微處理控制系統，自動計算出物料的瞬時流量和物料的累計產量。由微處理控制器不斷的將實際流量和設定的流量進行比較，并對預給料裝置進行位置或速度控制，從而來改變物料的前饋給定量，以達到恒定給料的目的。
the solid flow meter sent the measured material flow signal to the microprocessor control system, automatically calculate the cumulative production material instantaneous flow and material. the micro processing controller will continue compare the actual flow and the setting flow , pre-feeding device position or speed control, feedforward to change the material to quantitative, in order to achieve the purpose of constant feed.
校正倉的作用在于對給料部分進行不定期的標定，使給料部分不斷被修正誤差，以保證給料精度。calibration chamber lies in the role of the feeding part calibration do not regularly, make the feeding part being error correction, to ensure the feeding precision.
